1. Full Service Planning, Design & Coordination

This is the ultimate collection of services and is perfect for busy couples who do not have the time or the inclination to do all of the research and leg work, or who live out with the area.

   

Items in this package include, but are not limited to:-

  • Initial consultation

  • Venue search and visits prior to making recommendations

  • Three planning meetings

  • Vendor recommendations

  • Design assistance, colour, theme, style, florals

  • Design sketches, 3D and inspiration boards

  • Rental assistance – furniture, linens, tableware etc

  • Support at vendor meetings

  • Vendor communication

  • Vendor contract review

  • Budget estimations and planning

  • Accompanied site visit to venue

  • Dress and other attire appointments

  • Floor planning and seating charts

  • Timeline and schedule development

  • Scheduling and coordination of all vendors

  • Sep up oversight

  • Trouble shooting

  • On the day coordination (see 4, below)

2. Full Planning and Coordination without Design & Styling

All of the above except design and styling aspects.

 

3. ‘Month of’ or Partial Planning & Coordination

Some couples are keen to do most of the planning themselves or with the help of family and friends and then worry about all of the coordination, liaising, scheduling and chasing that is needed just before the wedding.

   

This service would normally start 4 to 8 weeks before the wedding

and items include but are not limited to:-

  • Initial planning meeting

  • Bridal party check lists

  • RSVP management

  • Seating plans

  • Timelines

  • Pre wedding site visit to venues

  • Review of all contracts and vendor communication, confirmation, one week before wedding

  • Coordination of vendors for set up

  • Final walk through meeting

  • On the day coordination (see 4, below)

 
 

4. On the Day Coordination

This service is aimed at couples who either have other professionals helping with design and planning or who have done all of that themselves and who want to ensure that they and their families have a hassle free enjoyable wedding day.

   

Items in this package include, but are not limited to:-

  • Initial Planning meeting, at least 6 weeks in advance

  • Check vendor contracts and make contact with them

  • Act as liaison between vendors and bridal couple from this point if so desired

  • Develop rehearsal and on the day time line

  • Manage rehearsal

  • Oversee set up, day before and day of

  • On the day, minimum of 10 hours on site

  • VIP services to bridal party

  • Liaison with all vendors and scheduling of arrival and set up

  • Oversee final set up and check against design

  • Assist with dressing if requested

  • Check marriage licence and rings in appropriate place

  • Handle any last minute emergencies

  • Have emergency kit

  • Ensure smooth running of the day

  • Distribute any on the day payments to vendors

  • Act as Master of Ceremonies if needed

  • Wrap up checks, collection of personal items for bridal couple

 

5. Floral Styling & Installation

Together with design, I also offer floral services either as part of another package or stand alone.

  • Design and then install floral pieces for both ceremony and reception and also

  • Arrange to have key pieces moved from one to the other

  • Arrange distribution of floral pieces afterwards if necessary

 

6. Colour Consultation

I am a qualified colour analyst and stylist, and can assist with choice of colour and shape of dresses for you, your bridesmaids, mothers and other key members of the wedding party.

  • Individual consultation

  • Group which can be a fun pre-wedding event for the bride and her girls, or a mix of both

  • Afternoon tea or Prosecco and nibbles is included in the group session

 

7. Arrangement of Hen and Stag Parties or Pampering Sessions

Again this can be included in one of the other packages or stand alone. I can save you and your attendants time and heartache by researching and presenting options for your pre-wedding celebrations and then booking for you when you have made your final decision.

 

8. Other A La Carte Services

These are available for those who want a little extra added to their package and include but are not limited to:-

  • Accommodation arrangements for out of town guests

  • Customisation of table décor and custom crafting

  • Memory tables

  • Guest book

  • Chalk boards

  • Signage

  • Rehearsal dinner planning

  • Seating chart layouts

  • Assembly of favours

  • Transportation arrangements

  • Assistance with invites
